The Virtual Office Team became a reality through the vision of Nancy Brown: a service that would provide an outsourcing alternative to payrolled employees and a caring, competent third party to provide cost savings, time savings etc so that the employees in the business could concentrate on what needed to be completed in-house. For some, that means total secretarial support that includes everything from answering the phones from a remote locale, desktop publishing, data entry and database management; designing websites, typing and/or transcription, consulting on how to best grow their present business; assisting with overflow office work; bookkeeping, billing, internet research etc. For most, it seems to be some type of simple clerical support.
The Virtual Office Team only deal with select, competent professionals who understand the particular needs and expertise desired by our clients. Nancy, Kathy and Michelle are as protective of their clients as if they were family.
